Rob Lindo hails from Vancouver by way of Jamaica (that's a story for another day). But he also lived in New Jersey and Washington, DC, before relocating to LA in 2008. He has been involved in the LA stand-up community since 2009. Rob has been seen in various national commercials, on Atom TV, Johnny B. Homeless, Comedy Central, Break.com, and Funny or Die.
Rob performs around LA at the Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club, and the Pasadena Ice House. He is also a member of the comedy trio The Skinny Dicks. It was with this ridiculous trio that he co-created Skinny Sundays - a comedy show featuring nationally headlining comics and the rising stars of comedy in unfair head-to-head competitions, purely for the enjoyment of the audience. As producer and co-host, Rob was a part of the show's development and eventual transition to its new home on the main stage of the world famous Hollywood Improv.
An east coaster by birth, Joey DePaolo found his beginnings in comedy in New York, writing and directing comedy shorts that were selected for air by NBC, IFC, and even Canada's own BITEtv. Joey made his arrival on the LA comedy scene in 2009 with the comedy trio The Skinny Dicks. It was through the group that he co-created Skinny Sundays, a night of unfair stand-up comedy attracting some of the biggest names and best hidden talents in the stand-up world. As producer and co-host, Joey was a part of the show's blossoming and eventual landing with its new home on the main stage of the world famous Hollywood Improv. Joey performs regularly on both coasts and has been seen on Funny or Die and as a regular in the sketch comedy/variety show Comedy Slice at the Improv Comedy Lab.
I was born in Virginia, started comedy in DC, aged four years, and now live in Los Angeles. I won the DC Improv Comedy Competition in 2008 and other lesser important comedy contests in VA. I soon made a name for myself as the premiere contest winner and cheater of DC. I am very proud of the peer group I started out with in DC and think they will all be comedy heros! You must feel foolish for not having seen them. I've been invited to the Bridgetown Comedy Festival twice now and picked out of 600 hundred comics to compete in the Laughing Skull Festival where I made it to the semi-finals. The webcomic that I make with my brother Clay Yount www.robandelliot.com has an awesome fanbase and has been a critics' favorite on occasion. We've been doing it for 6 years. If it were a child it would finally be of the age to realize the world is fucked up.
