Description:

For over a decade, SPIKE-DID-IT-EVENTS has proudly presented MO BETTA' MONDAYS ALL-STAR COMEDY JAM, featuring the hottest Urban comedians from all over the country. Comics regularly featured on Def Comedy Jam, BET, HBO, Showtime, and Comedy Central round out an always awesome line-up. Such acts as Dave Chappelle,CoreyHolcomb, Kevin Hart, Mike Epps, and Lunelle have come out to perform.

G-Thang:

Born Gary Johnson, G-Thang (his nickname) began his career as a stand-up comic, primarily dealing with urban-oriented and racially themed material. He distinguished himself, however, by avoiding much of the raunchiness that characterized his colleagues on the stand-up circuit and by delving into current affairs to a somewhat unusual degree. He projected a slightly hyper and reckless (though not manic) attitude on-stage and in interviews, which became a personal trademark. G-Thang transitioned to motion pictures with a role as Calvin in the no-holds-barred genre spoof Disaster Movie (2008) opposite Kim Kardashian and Carmen Electra.

Ocean Glapion:

Born in New Orleans, Ocean moved to Los Angeles at any early age. Growing up in L.A. he was influenced by the raw talent of such comics as Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor. Ocean went back to Louisiana to study theatre at Xavier University. He later returned to L.A., where he currently resides, to pursue a career in comedy and acting. Ocean is currently working nightly in the stand-up circuit, in addition to working on an untitled independent film, the Comedy Playground pilot, and a series of commercials for Match.com.
