Erik Griffin:  Erik Griffin, a first generation American-born comedian/actor, is hard working, ambitious, talented, and most importantly “funny” according to his mother. Erik made the decision in 2003 to quit his job and plunge headlong into making comedy his full-time occupation. This challenge paid off, and Erik is now a recurring character on the new Comedy Central series, Workaholics as “Montez Walker”. Erik first gained national exposure performing in the ALMA nominated Payaso Comedy Slam seen on SHOWTIME and COMEDY CENTRAL networks, Live at Gotham on COMEDY CENTRAL, Last Comic Driving on NBC, Comics Without Borders on SHOWTIME, nationally syndicated Comics Unleashed; and he can be seen featured in several national commercials, including the Emmy winning, Budlight Swear Jar. In 2008 at the Just For Laughs Montreal Comedy Festival, he received overwhelming reviews. Erik was featured at the 2008 NACA National Conference, the 2007 East Regional and 2006 NACA West Regional Showcases. He is currently headlining clubs and colleges throughout the United States and Canada.  Erik was seen on, Surviving the Holidays with Lewis Black on the HISTORY CHANNEL, he was featured in the Tribeca Film Festival Documentary, Just Like Us and was a guest star on Franklin and Bash.  With his multicultural background, a Central American-Caribbean mother, a father of European decent, Erik blends well into the North American landscape particularly in this era of cultural diversity. With his routine full of hilarious observations about life, love and self-evaluation, he brings together all ages and ethnic backgrounds, which makes for an uproariously good time.

Matt Knudsen: Matt Knudsen (Kah-nood-son) was born in Hawaii, raised in the Mid-west and traveled around the world as a merchant marine. After eventually putting down his sea bag, he picked up a microphone and began performing comedy in Los Angeles and New York. As a stand up, he’s appeared on Conan and The Late Late Show, as well as several festivals, including the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal; where his appearance garnered a “Best of the Fest,” nod. You can see Matt share the big screen with Sean Penn in Warner Brothers feature Gangster Squad or you may recognize him from his work in Go On, Big Love or Men of a Certain Age just to name a few. Matt’s also been a part of several high profile commercial campaigns for BMW, Apple Computers and GE; which have aired during the Superbowl and The Olympics. His album The Comedy Stylings of Matt Knudsen “Mixes droll observation with dry, almost hypnotic delivery,” (The Onion A.V. Club) and his style has been called “Amazingly measured and deliberate…Well done.” (Punchline Magazine)  

Kenny Klein: Kenny Klein knew since the moment be could talk that he wanted to make people laugh. He began his career in stand-up at the young age of 17. Known for his cerebral comedy style, Klein has performed in cities across the U.S. as well as internationally in London and Amsterdam. He has been featured in the festival circuit including the LA Comedy Festival and the Long Beach Comedy and Film Festival. Kenny can currently be seen on "Man up, Stand up" airing on Verizon's MavTV, and as a commentator on Spike TV's "1000 Ways to Die". As the winner of Fuse TV's "MakeAStar" comedy contest, Klein has quickly become the subject of critical acclaim. The Park Record called him "Cerebral, Quirky, Hilarious". When he’s not busy making audiences laugh, he can be found participating in other artistic pursuits including writing, performing music and producing articles as a staff writer at the acclaimed comedy website www.TopShelfd.com and www.GoodLookingLiars.com  

Samuel J Comroe:  Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California, into a family of nine (five sisters, and one brother) Samuel Comroe grew up in a loud, raucous, and fun-loving environment. With such vivacious characters for siblings, it was an environment that forced any shyness out of him right away, and instead created an individual unafraid of being the center-of-attention. In the third grade, after being diagnosed with Tourette syndrome, Comroe suffered his fair share of teases and taunts from peers who didn’t understand his curious condition. Although this affected his self-esteem and confidence throughout his childhood, as he entered high school in a different district (and on the heels of advice from his father that he could be an entirely new person), Comroe made a conscious decision to no longer let bullying affect him, rather laugh along with the bullies. For example, on his first day as a high school freshman, Sam was being picked on by two intimidating seniors, and instead of backing off he decided to laugh with them. This small act changed the rest of his high school career and led him to his future in stand-up comedy. He saw how much more respect he got from just having fun with himself. During his junior year at Canoga Park High School Samuel joined play production and began acting in school productions, taking leads in shows such as “Arsenic and Old Lace”, “Grease”, “The Odd Couple”, and performing in various acting competitions. His love and joy that stemmed from entertaining audiences led him to see that he could parlay his natural ability to make others laugh into an actual career. So, during his junior year, with the approval of the school administration, Comroe began performing stand-up in the school auditorium during lunch, charging fifty-cents for admission and donating all proceeds to his class. As Comroe states, “the pure excitement and joy of performing is all I need.” Sam continued performing half-hour lunch shows throughout his junior and senior years of high school. After graduation Sam went to community college for two semesters before deciding that he wanted to pursue stand-up comedy as a real career. Additionally, Comroe continued acting in plays with lead roles at Pierce College’s community theatre and with Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre in North Hollywood. At the same time, he began going to the third street promenade at Santa Monica and performed his comedy on the streets for tips, as well as going to open mic auditions all over Los Angeles. It was during this time in his stand-up career that Sam cultivated his unique brand of observational and self-deprecating humor, focusing on his life with Tourette Syndrome. Since then, Samuel Comroe has gained management and become a House Regular at Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank. He is also a regular at comedy clubs around Los Angeles, such as The Ice House, and the Improv. He has also started gaining more recognition outside of Los Angeles, traveling regularly to perform his comedy at venues all over the nation. He has won numerous comedy competitions, most recently placing in the top eight out of one-hundred and one comics at the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, and becoming a Top Ten Finalist in the NBC Stand-Up for Diversity showcase. He is now opening for comedians such as Joey Medina, Tom Green, Gallagher, Don Friesen and James P Connolly, just to name a few. He is one of the most energetic, engaging and friendly up and coming comedians.

Mychael Anthony:  This natural entertainer grew up in St. Peter, MO., just west of St. Louis. “IT” all started in preschool. Full of energy and wit, his teachers gave him time in the early afternoons to entertain his classmates in order to minimize his comedic exploits during class time. Michael did dance routines, mimicking Michael Jackson, and was a natural for leading roles in school plays. He just loved to be the center of attention so he could entertain everyone and make them smile. Michael Anthony continued to act in plays throughout elementary school, high school, and college. His roles include everything from dramatic historic plays to gut-busting comedies. At times, he would juggle appearances in two different plays simultaneously. After graduating high school, he put his entertainment career on hold in order to pursue a college education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. The acting bug forced Michael Anthony to take classes at COCA and The Muny, two of St. Louis’s well known performance venues. He entered into a profitable entertainment venture when he began performing, writing lyrics, rapping, and co-managing the group, KRT (Knights of the Round Table). Michael’s natural passion for writing led him to co-write songs used in sports highlights for both the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Rams. He and KRT performed songs live in the studio of News Channel 5’s “Sports Plus” in 2006 and 2007. In 2005, Michael won the Midwest Market Addy Award for writing a commercial for ‘Slackers’, a music and video game store in Missouri. After writing two locally respected albums, Michael returned to his main passion and directed his talents to writing sketches, scripts, and material that keep the audience laughing and smiling. Michael Anthony’s natural passion for entertaining, mixed with his experiences in writing and acting, led him to pursue stand up comedy. His timing & observations on current events quickly made him a favorite at local comedy clubs. Within months of Michael’s initial pursuit of comedy, he was already getting paid to perform and even asked to do shows with Guy Torry and Paul Mooney. Michael is now ready for the next chapter in his life as an entertainer. He is passionate about providing quality entertainment for his audience, and has built upon his prior experiences in order to know the best way to do so. Michael’s experiences are diverse, and his passions are many. He has always put all of himself into every creative project he has ever been involved with, and will continue to do so, so long as there are still people out there that Michael can make laugh and smile.
