Purchase Policy

# ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no Refunds, exchanges or transfers. If the show is cancelled, refunds will be given so please provide a valid Telephone Number/email address so we can notify you.
# WE DO NOT SHIP TICKETS. Print your ticket and receipt at the time of your web purchase or you can pick up your ticket at the Box Office. Printing your ticket in advance will allow you to come directly to the door and avoid the will-call line at the Box Office. We currently cannot accept a ticket on a smart phone.. Tickets must be printed at home or picked up at the box office.
# Shows on Monday at 8pm and Saturday at Midnight are 21+. All other shows are 18+. All guests MUST have valid, government issued photo ID.
# No Alcohol will be served at any Table that has a Guest under 21 years of age unless a Parent is present.
# All Seating is on a first come first served basis.Main Sowroom Doors open 90 minutes prior to show time for Guests with Dinner reservations and 30 minutes prior for General Admission. For best seating arrive early. In order to be seated at least half of your party must be present and all tickets for your party must be in hand.
# The Bar and Dining Room open at 7pm on Monday, 6:00pm Tuesday. 6:30 Wed, Thur & Friday. 6pm on Saturday & Sunday. Space is limited, so arrive early to get space and/or make dinner reservations in advance. Drinks purchased in the Front Bar and Dining Room DO NOT COUNT towards the 2 item minimum in the showroom.
# Valid Photo ID and the Credit Card you made the Reservation with must be presented to pick up Tickets. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser. If you wish to give tickets as a gift, please pre-print them at the time of purchase.
# Tickets not picked up by show time may be released to the public for resale 1/2 hour after the show has begun. Refunds are NOT issued.
# Gift Cards are available for purchase on line, by phone or at our box office. Shipping charges will/ or do apply.
# There is a Two Item minimum per guest in the Main showroom. Any combination of Food or Beverages satisfies the minimum as does Dinner Entrees purchased in the dining room.# Having dinner in the dining room prior to the show satisfies the two item minimum in the showroom and you will receive pre-reserved, preferred seating in the showroom. Only guests dining in advance will receive reserved seating in the showroom.
# The Ticket Price does not include Dinner or the Two Item minimum in the showroom.
