Brooks Wheelan is a cool dude. He was named one of Comedy Central's 10 comics to watch in 2013 and was a cast member on Saturday Night Live for the 2013-14 season. He's also done stand up on Conan and Comedy Central and has chilled pretty hard in a lot of different basements.
Joe DeRosa started stand-up comedy by hitting the Wednesday night open mic at the Laff House in Philadelphia, PA. Within a year, he was a regular there and at all the major clubs in the surrounding area. It was not long before Joe made the jump to New York City to take up comedy as a full time gig. He quickly began working frequently at New York venues such as Caroline's, Stand-up New York, the Laugh Factory, and Gotham Comedy Club. He also made appearances on "Last Call with Carson Daly," Comedy Central's "Premium Blend," and the "New Faces" showcase at the Montreal Comedy Festival. In addition, he's performed on national tours such as Dave Chappelle's "Block Party Tour" and the "Insomniac Tour" with Dave Attell. Joe continues to perform constantly, making television appearances and headlining clubs and colleges both in and out of the country. Long Beach, CA native and stand-up comic Jason Collings toured the country and shared the stage with some of the biggest names in comedy early on in his career. Opening for some of the greats turned him into a headliner and respectively, he is now headlining the country on his own bringing his observational and highly conversational trademark comedy to the masses. Proving to be a powerhouse in the field of entertainment, Collings owned the late night stage on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and has showcased his comedic prowess on BET’s Comic View and on VH-1. He is also a frequent staple at The Comedy Store in Hollywood, the Improv comedy clubs, Laugh Factory, The Ice House in Pasadena, and at The Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach.
What started as a mere hobby has turned into what is sure to be a life-long career for Jason Collings and if you have the chance to see him live, you are sure to become a fan of his brand of comedy that has crowds roaring with laughter from coast to coast.
If the adage is true — that tragedy plus time equals comedy — then Ryan Sickler has paid his dues on the left side of the equation. Born in Baltimore, Ryan lost his father when he was 16. After that, he bounced from one relative to another. And while his early years might have seemed rocky, that tumultuous childhood gave him both fodder for material and armor against the relentless onslaught that is life as a standup comic.
His television appearances include The Pete HolmesShow, Comedy Central’s Tosh.O, Live At Gotham, Cutman and The Late Late Show.
Beyond standup, Ryan Sickler is an engaging storyteller. You can catch him every Tuesday (Toozdee) on his podcast, The CrabFeast. Inspired by his hometown, the show celebrates the things Ryan loves most — storytelling, family, friends and laughter.
