  • Brett Riley

    Brett Riley

Brett Riley is a farm boy from Kansas with the heart of a soul singer which makes for a life full of unusual and out of place stories. It has been said "Brett Riley isn't a fish out of water, he is his own portable bowl." Realizing he was born to entertain, Brett took a Scholarship to Oklahoma City University for Music Theatre. He quickly learned he was meant to perform, just not music theatre. After sneaking into comedy clubs with fake IDs and getting booked as the house emcee and winning Wichita King of Comedy 2004, it became very obvious that he needed to hit the road and take it to the next level. Brett didn't waste anytime proving himself in LA, six months after arriving he claimed the title The Funniest Comic in the City 2007, which led to his appearance on Judge Joe Brown to collect the prize money. After a car accident almost claimed his life in September 2008, determined not to be forgotten Brett quickly bounced back to claim the title of Roc Da Mic Comedy Competition Compton 2009. He can most recently be seen headlining which will also be playing on Hulu.com under CandorTV.

With the future looking bright and the clarity of a second chance Brett Riley is more than ready to keep audiences entertained for years to come!

  • Debra DiGiovanni

    Debra DiGiovanni

Canadian comedian Debra DiGiovanni is one of a kind. She’s been called the “Best Comedian to see after a Messy Break Up” and for the years 2008/2009-she was named Toronto’s (her home town) favorite comedian. In 2008, she taped her second “Comedy Now!” special for CTV/Comedy network and in 2009 she taped her second gala at Montreal’s Just for Laughs Festival. She also taped her first special on Comedy Central with her Live at Gotham recorded in New York City. Her special, “Single Awkward Female” premiered on Showtime in January 2012.  Debra’s comedy has a sharp edge while maintaining a playful, happy air and her persona is one of the best developed of any comic working today. Couple that with a hilarious act that is so personal everyone can relate and you see why Debra is so popular; her humour and charm lies in her unflinching honesty and openness.

  • Eric Blake

    Eric Blake

The most significant challenge for the modern comedian is their ability to relate to a variety of audiences.  Eric Blake has taken this challenge to heart, expanding his material beyond the African-American lens, and identifying with many other cultures and experiences.  He is one of the few performers who can truly be labeled as a “universal comedian,” defying comedic normality.  Blake’s raw talent is also distinguished by his ability to custom-fit his comedy for the particular moment.  This witty improvisation can be revealed at the drop of a hat, bringing new characters to life that flow directly from the unconscious, capturing the imagination of his audiences.

This engaging comic has proven his worth night after night, performing to diversified audiences from coast to coast.  Some of his performances include BET’sComic View,” in which he has aired on “The Best of Comic View” for the fourth consecutive year.  He has also been televised on Galavision’sQue Loco,” where he has displayed his cross-cultural abilities that have earned him a devote Latino following.  Furthermore, Blake performed as the headliner for the comedy hit entitled “War On Comedy,” which aired on HBO and has recently been released on video.  Eric’s acclaimed notoriety lead HBO to choose him among thousands to film a documentary on the eight most up and coming comedians in the country, which is scheduled to air in the fall of 2006.  In addition, he has appeared on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” and is a regular at “The Improv” in Hollywood.

Eric is a survivor of the notorious streets of South Central Los Angeles, where he experienced the “hard knock” life of gangs, drugs, and violence.  It was eventually the depraved life on the streets that propelled him on a search for meaning and purpose, where he began to rediscover his passion and talent in comedy.  As a young teenager, Eric brought life to people through his spontaneous and lighthearted humor, and considered it pure joy when he was able to enliven another’s spirit through a simple joke.  Blake’s challenged upbringing led to his rediscovery for purpose: bringing laughter to the soul.  This newfound purpose continues to be exercised with the firm belief of the old Proverb, “a happy heart doeth good like medicine.”
