    Freez Luv

Freez Luv aka Paul Farmer, born in Los Angeles California in Dec 1965. Paul was raised in Altadena CA.
The third of four children, to Vern and Janet Farmer (two hardworking, yet commendably humorous
parents). Whether it was family, people in the neighborhood or friends at school, Freeze could always
make people laugh. On several occasions groups would gather after school to hear Freeze “Snap”, tell
stories and do impersonations. It was in that moment Freez Luv was born.

In 1984, upon graduating high school Freez enlisted the U. S Army. He served as a soldier in the “Berlin
Brigade”. Because Freez’s platoon was nicknamed “the Hip-Hop Platoon” almost all of its members
picked up the name LUV behind their nicknames. While it started as a running joke between soldiers,
the name “Freez Luv” followed him until the present.

After completion of duty he returned to Los Angles to pursue a career in the music biz, as member of
rap group “AWP 360” using his new name “Freez Luv”. AWP 360 signed their first deal in 1987 with
Profile Records. Freez Luv hosted and produced “DA SPLRG “a Los Angeles hip-hop radio talk show
on 870KIEV AM from 1989 to 1991. In 1993, Freez landed his first movie “House Party 3” where he
shared the screen with Bernie Mac and Chris Tucker. In 1994, he recorded Def comedy jam in NYC,
that performance made it to “Def Jam All Stars “DVD. In 1995, Freeze starred in Snoop Dogg’s short
film “Murder Was the Case. In 1997 Freez Luv hit the road on a nationwide tour with Comedian Eddie
Griffin. To hone his craft, Freez Luv decided to move to NYC in 2003. He submerged himself into the
world of stand-up comedy, both underground and mainstream. Soon after his arrival to NYC, in 2004
Freez contracted as a writer and voice over actor for super director Spike TV.

Forging new relationships in New York City and putting a name to his face Freez hit comedy venues all
over the area from the tiniest hole in the wall to Caroline’s on Broadway.
In 2006, Freez Luv crossed paths with longtime associate Charlie Murphy and began featuring with
    Charlie on the road.

Through the years Freez Luv has been a principal in other television series such as UPN’s “Malcolm &
Eddie” and HBO’s “Mr. Show”. Freez Luv has can be seen such movies as House Party 3, Showtime,
Dangerous Minds, Coyote Ugly, Baby Boy, The Hustle and CO2.

Freez Luv is constantly striving toward success. In 2012-2013 Freez Luv joined Charlie Murphy as a
feature on the critically acclaimed Acid trip Tour.

Freez Luv continues to work with some of the best talents Hollywood has to offer such as Eddie &
Charlie Murphy, Robert Dinero, Michelle Pfeiffer, Tim Meadows, Dave Chapelle, D.L Hughley and many

A true performer and master at his craft Freez Luv is constantly upgrading his materials using his vivid
imagination and real life experiences to bring comic relief to all in his path.
