He just performed at the Coachella Festival in April, 2007, and his half-hour comedy special aired on Comedy Central on April 6th. Laura House is a comic, writer, performer & meditation teacher. You may have seen her on a campaign of Sprint commercials, or opposite Natalie Portman as a hillbilly slut in Where the Heart is, or hoarding M&M’s from any number of craft service tables. She’s appeared on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, NBC’s Late Friday, the Aspen Comedy Festival, and stuff like that. She’s performed and directed sketch and improv at The Acme Comedy Theater. And written on shows like: Samantha Who?, Blue Collar TV, and The George Lopez Show, Mad Love, Rosie O’Donnell’s OWN show, and Fred: The Show. By ‘shows like’ I mean, specifically those shows. She’s sold a half-hour to ABC and currently has a pilots in development at Nickelodeon and FX.
