Ron has taken his comedy around the world and has performed in Canada, U.S., Pacific Islands, Persian Gulf, Asia, Central America, the Carribean and the in the Middle East.
In Ron’s 2nd year performing as a comedian, he won the coveted Craven A’s funniest Homegrown Competition at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival. Since then he has been performing regularly at various Festivals including, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Just For Laughs Festival, the International Comedy Fest 2K8, The Orange County Comedy Festival and the LOL Comedy Festival in Hollywood, California.
Indubitably, the most recognizable Asian comedian in Canada, Ron was profiled on the Comedy Network, ABS-CBN Asia, Showtime Dubai, CBC, Discovery Channel, Echo, Omni 1&2, MTV Canada, and recently the Biography Channel in Canada.
Ron has hosted his own television series on Omni 2’s network called, “FLIP”. He produced, co-wrote and starred as the lead of a short film based on his true story entitled, “Rolling Longaniza,” which aired on CBC Zflicks. He has written and performed on Much Music hit shows “Video on Trial” and “Much More Music”.
Ron has taped numerous stand-up comedy specials in his career, including, “Ethnical Difficulties” for CBC, “Comedy Now”, on CTV/Comedy network. He has been featured in ABS-CBN’s Slanted comedy taped at the San Jose Improv and recently recorded 2 comedy specials produced by Showtime Dubai. This lead to his first US television appearance on LOL Comedy Festival on Showtime USA.
Long Beach, CA native and stand-up comic Jason Collings toured the country and shared the stage with some of the biggest names in comedy early on in his career. Opening for some of the greats turned him into a headliner and respectively, he is now headlining the country on his own bringing his observational and highly conversational trademark comedy to the masses. Proving to be a powerhouse in the field of entertainment, Collings owned the late night stage on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and has showcased his comedic prowess on BET’s Comic View and on VH-1. Vinny Fasline is a fast up in coming stand up comedian currently based in Los Angeles.
He started his comedy career in the Pittsburgh, which also gave its start to such legends as Billy Gardell, Dennis Miller, Steve Byrne, and Eddie Ifft.
After being diagnosed with a brain tumor and having surgery in 2000, Vinny found an outlet for his experiences through stand up. He then became the face for Gilda's Club in Pittsburgh, an organization started by Steve Martin for comedy legend Gilda Radner & husband Gene Wilder for people living with cancer, their families and friends. Vinny quickly became a regular at the Pittsburgh Improv, and soon there after, moved to Los Angeles. In 2013 he started the live stand up comedy show "Socially Awkward" that is now featured every month at the famous Hollywood Improv Comedy Club and regularly sells out! The show not only features Vinny, but has also featured some of the biggest names in comedy such as: Bill Burr, Erik Griffin, Chris D'Elia, Anthony Jeselnik, and more. In addition to stand up, Vinny is also an up in coming actor that trained & studied at John Rosenfeld Studios in Los Angeles, as well as Steel City Improv, Donna Belajac Studios in Pittsburgh, and currently studying at UCB.
Chris D’Elia can be seen starring as Danny on NBC’s hit comedy series “Undateable” as well as in his Netflix special “Incorrigible”. D’Elia is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after young comedians and actors in the comedy world, with Variety naming him one of its “Top 10 Comics to Watch.” He also recently completed his first multi-city, cross-country standup tour, “Under No Influence.”
D’Elia quickly became a regular at the Hollywood comedy clubs where he performs multiple times a week. In December 2013, he released his one-hour standup special for Comedy Central, "White Male. Black Comic." He has also appeared on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" and on "Comedy Central Presents."
D’Elia’s other credits include Comedy Central’s "Workaholics," TBS’ "Glory Daze" and Showtime’s "Live Nude Comedy."
He currently resides in Los Angeles.
Brent Morin, Connecticut raised but LA based, worked for the Tonight Show with Conan O'brien as well as continuing to work for the Conan show now on TBS. He spent night after night since Film School, crafting his skills as a stand up, eventually becoming a paid regular at every major club in Hollywood, including the Comedy Store, Improv and Laugh Factory. Now at the age of 25, Brent can be seen frequently performing weekly on the best shows in LA, as well as Colleges and other comedy clubs around the Country.
While other children watched cartoons and played video games, Esther was watching Saturday Night Live at age 2, and was starving to see Second City shows every other weekend. Esther considers herself a "Theatrical Comedian" and has comedic obsessions and references from the LA comedy scene.
