Joe Sib, founder and co-conspirator of SideOneDummy Records for over twenty years has quickly climbed up the ranks of the comedy scene. In 2011 his nationally acclaimed, “California Calling: Growing up Punk,” solidified his success as comedic storyteller. In a twist of irony, his tales of youthful rebellion and irritating his own parents now serve his audience a blend of karmic stand up comedy as he attempts to navigate his own role as a father of two. In 2014, Joe launched the monthly SideOneDummy Storytellers show in Hollywood. He has performed at the SF Sketchfest, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Fun Fun Fun Fest, FYF Fest, the Laugh Factory and Improv Comedy clubs. Born and raised in the suburbs of Lake Forest Park, WA, Adam got into comedy at an early age, impersonating friends, teachers, and Ace Ventura.
In High School, Adam ran his high school’s morning television news program. When it began, it was your basic morning news program. Then Adam and a few friends took it over, and slowly turned it into a weekly sketch show that somehow included the news. Airing every Friday morning for 10 minutes, it was a hit amongst the entire school. Except for teachers that wanted kids to learn and thought they were wasting class time with “immature sillies.” To this day, he doesn’t know what that means.
In 2001, Adam journeyed to Los Angeles, where he was accepted into the BFA acting conservatory at USC. His junior year he studied abroad in London at the British American Drama Academy, where he did Shakespeare, fencing, and drinking.
Since then, Adam has been seen guest starring on Two Broke Girls, WORKAHOLICS, Arrested Development,According to Jim, Adult Swim’s NTSF:SD:SUV, Kevin Hart's Real House Husbands of Hollywood, HBO's Silicon Valley, Comedy Central's @Midnight, Chelsea Lately, and writing for MTV’s PUNKD, and as the bad guy opposite Sandra Bullock & Melissa McCarthy in Paul Feig’s buddy cop comedy “The Heat.” His standup has been featured on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, AXS Gotham Live, Adam Devine's House Party, and he's a regular on The Adam Carolla podcast. Adam also co-hosts the popular ABOUT LAST NIGHT podcast with comedian Brad Williams, and can be seen in the upcoming Paul Feig comedy SPY, starring Melissa McCarthy & Jason Statham. Check out AdamRayTV.com to see all of Adam's hilarious sketches, that have over 30 million views on his Youtube & Funnyordie.
