    Jon Dore

Named one of "10 comics to watch" by Variety, Ottawa-born comedian, host and actor Jon Dore is renowned for his offbeat humour and unique bait-and-switch style.

Dore is a favourite on the comedy club and festival circuit in Canada and the United States. He has hosted theJust for Laughs Festival Homegrown Comedy Competition on a number of occasions and has enjoyed sold-out runs at the Festival's Montreal and Toronto locations, at comedy festivals in Halifax, Vancouver, Portland and Washington, DC, and at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee.

From his humble beginnings as the co-host of the cable talk show Daytime Ottawa (Rogers Television) and the irreverent roving reporter on Canadian Idol (CTV), Dore recently starred in the critically acclaimed ABC-TV series How to Live with Your Parents (for the Rest of Your Life) opposite Sarah Chalke, Elizabeth Perkins and Brad Garrett.

Dore is the host of HBO Canada's Funny as Hell, a series showcasing bold and uncensored comedy from the fastest rising comedians at the Just For Laughs Festival, currently shooting its' fourth season.

He is the star of his own award-winning 'mockumentary' series, The Jon Dore Television Show, documenting his hilarious and outrageous debates on life's challenges and changes, from weight loss to gender. He also served as co-creator, co-producer and writer on the series, proving he is just as comfortable behind the camera. The series ran for a successful two seasons on IFC and The Comedy Network.

Dore starred in the stand-up specials Comedy Central Presents...Jon Dore and Comedy Now! (CTV/The Comedy Network); appeared on a number Comedy Central's specials including Live At GothamCC: Stand-Up: The Bonnaroo Experience and Mash Up; made guest-starring turns on How I Met Your Mother (CBS) andScare Tactics (SyFy); and was the lead in the CBS pilot My Life As An Experiment

Dore's feature film credits include the indie drama Gus opposite Michelle Monaghan (Mission: Impossible III) and the comedy Stag, with Donald Faison (Scrubs) and Eva Amurri (Californication), which picked up two awards - Best Ensemble and Excellence in Filmmaking - at the LA Comedy Film Festival.

He is the recipient of four Canadian Comedy Awards including: Best Taped Live Performance (2010) for Just for Laughs; Best Performance by a Male in a Television Show (2009) for The Jon Dore Television Show; Best Writing on a Series (2008) for The Jon Dore Television Show; and Best Stand-up Newcomer (2006). He is also a two-time Gemini nominee (2008 & 2009) for Best Individual Performance in a Comedy Program or Series for The Jon Dore Television Show.

  • Dan Levy

    Dan Levy

After enrolling in Emerson College in Boston, Dan began performing at open mics and other strange venues—where people were more focused on their beer than what the wannabe comics were saying.

As a sophomore in college, Dan was chosen to compete at the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO, where he won the title of Funniest College Comedian.

Since then Dan has been seen at the Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival numerous times and has made TV appearances on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend,” “Chelsea Lately,” “The Late Late Show,” and “Comedy Central Presents: Dan Levy. He has also hosted four VERY short-lived shows on MTV including “Rock Band Battle,” “Your Face or Mine,” “The Reality Show,” and “MTV Spring Break”. You don’t remember them? Either does he.

With this and the success of his 2008 College Humor series, “The I Have To Go In A Minute Show with Super Host Dan Levy,” Dan’s following has grown to sold out shows at clubs and colleges across the country. And he continues to work in the digital space as he’s in development a deal with Comedy Central to produce a second series for their sister website Atom.com.

After selling the TV show “MY LDR” to MTV, which is based on a joke he performed in his stand up routine, which later because a popular web series for SONY’s crackle.com, Dan began not only performing but writing too. Since last year he has developed a sitcom for FOX called “Party People”, a movie for Disney called “Stoked the band” and is currently developing another TV series with SONY television. He is also the executive producer of E!‘s reality series “Pretty Wild”, but that is a very long story that he will have to explain to you in person.

Dan’s next big screen appearance will be in the Sony Screen Gems coming-of-age comedy “Mardi Gras,” in theaters this year. He was previously featured in the Happy Madison film “The House Bunny” (but then was cut out) and co-starred in “My Sexiest Year” with Frankie Muniz and Harvey Keitel.

Dan lives in Los Angeles where he is writing more television show and collecting sneakers and knives. He understands those are two very weird things to obsess about.

  • Dean Delray

    Dean Delray

A throwback to the days of rock-star comics, Bay-area bred Dean Delray is an enigmatic funny man who brings the party to the stage and pulls no punches with his rock n roll-infused comedy. With subject matter that draws from and mirrors his own crazy life in music and comedy, sex, drugs, and rock-n-roll are all dished up Delray style: raw and honest with a razor-sharp edge! Delray is a motorcycle riding, hard-driving comic who was once signed by 4 Non-Blondes' Linda Perry, toured internationally with The Wallflowers, and opened for Tom Petty, Lenny Kravitz, the Black Crowes, and many more during his time in music. A natural jester, Delray is now fully dedicated to comedy, delivering side-splitting laughter with verve and conviction. With roles in Quentin Tarantino's Hell Ride, Ice Cube's The Longshots, Noise Matters and I LIVE, Delray has quickly become one of the most exciting comics on the Hollywood scene. Delray was recently featured on Pete Holmes podcast YOU MADE IT WEIRD,Jay Mohr's Mohr Stories and Marc Marons WTF podcast & Marc's I.F.C.show Maron. Dean also his own successful podcast LET THERE BE TALK on the ALL THINGS COMEDY network.

  • Tracie Walker

    Tracie Walker

Traci is the kind of female comic i really enjoy. She is smart and unapologetic

with just a little bit of an edge. She's also the kind of comic who doesn't walk

away from playing a room because it is difficult; she embraces the challenge

and does well even with the deck stacked against her. She is described as empowering

and inspirational and funny for keeping it real sharing her life experiences.

A native Georgia, she was nominated Best Female Comedian at the Atlanta Comedy

Awards. She has put on a one woman comedy show called Traci Walker: Just

Talking. Competes in several comedy contest. And Debuted on the big screen in

the independent movie "Open Mic" at the Montreal Comedy festival.

  • Christian Finnegan

    Christian Finnegan

Christian Finnegan is a stand up comedian. He appears frequently on the television and also writes things, for both money and for kicks.

Christian can currently be seen on the TBS sitcom “Are We There Yet?” but is perhaps best known as one of the original cast members of VH1’s “Best Week Ever”, where he offered keen insight into the workings of popular culture and the ubiquity of celebrity genitalia. “Chappelle’s Show” fans will recognize him as ‘Chad’, the only white roommate in the infamous “Mad Real World” sketch. And pinko Communists know Christian from his regular appearances on MSNBC’s “Countdown with Keith Olbermann”.

Christian Finnegan is a fixture (some might say ‘barnacle’) on Comedy Central, having starred in countless network interstitials, the shows “Premium Blend” and “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn” and in his own special, “Comedy Central Presents: Christian Finnegan”. Christian was also the host of TV Land’s “Game Time” and has appeared on “The Today Show” and “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson”.

Christian’s first CD, “Two for Flinching”, was released by Comedy Central Records in 2006 and his super-duper DVD extravaganza, “Au Contraire!” was released by Warner Bros. Records in 2009.

When he’s not on tour, Christian Finnegan lives in New York City with his lovely wife Kambri, a Chihuahua, a parakeet and a useless rabbit. He spends his free time plotting society’s downfall and googling the names of obscure hair metal bass players.

  • Dom Irrera

    Dom Irrera

Nominated, six times for an American Comedy Award, Dom Irrera's stand-up material was honed in a multi-generational Italian household in South Philadelphia with his mother, sister, grandmother, uncles and cousins all under one very big roof. A great-grandmother even lived across the street. Together there were three floors and four generations of family.

His first big break was his performance on Rodney Dangerfield's "Nothing Goes Right" comedy specials for HBO. In 1989 Irrera's own HBO "One Night Stand" earned him his first CableACE award for Best Stand-Up Comedy Special. In '95 he won a second CableACE for the Showtime stand-up series he hosted, "Full Frontal Comedy". That same year he received a second CableACE nomination in the writing category for his work on Comedy Central's animated series, "Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist". He also starred in a solo stand-up special for HBO in '92 titled "Command Performance".

He has performed on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "The Late Show with David Letterman", "Late Night with Conan O'Brien", "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson", "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart", "The View", and has made several appearances on "Oprah". Recent credits include an all-new stand-up special titled "Comedy Central Presents", which aired on the cable network this past summer.

As an avid sports fan, he hosted four seasons of Comedy Central's irreverent football show, "Offsides", where he conducted hilarious on-the-field interviews with football greats. He also hosted Comedy Central's "Behind the Scenes at the American Comedy Awards: specials in '98 and '99.

Irrera was a series regular on the '98 Fox comedy "Damon" starring Damon Wayans and his guest-star credits include "Seinfeld" (he played an annoying prop comic needling Jerry in the memorable episode), "Becker", "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "King of Queens". In addition, Dom voices the character Ernie, the demolitions expert, on Nickelodeon's "Hey Arnold".

His film work includes a featured role in Robert Townsend's "Hollywood Shuffle", a cameo in the Coen Bros. Film, "The Big Lebowski", "The Fourth Tenor", starring old pal Rodney Dangerfield, and he played himself in the Rodney Dangerfield / Dom De Luise film, "The Godson".

Dom has performed at Montreal's prestigious "Just For Laughs Festival" and the "Cat Laughs Festival" in Kilkenny, Ireland (he's made more appearances at both festivals than any other American comic). He also has performed at the "Melbourne Comedy Festival" in Australia, and at "Edinburgh Festival's" Assembly Hall. It was there that he received the "Herald Award" for artistic excellence.
